The Felco #4 Basic Hand Pruner is similar to the Felco #2 Classic Hand Pruner, , only with more basic features. It features solid, vinyl-coated, forged metal alloy handles without a rubber cushion or shock absorber. Both the top and bottom blades are held in place with a hardened center nut and bolt to keep the pruner aligned. Weighs 11 oz.
